Hay Baler (Model-AG-HB-T3T19050s)
Features
Round Baler
- This circular hay baler is equipped with fixed chambers. A chain and slide lift system winds the bale inside the chamber, adding successive layers to form a cohesive and uniform bale. These balers are available with or without the MultiCut system. They feature a camless pickup system and a heavy-duty chain and slide lift, ensuring maximum bale density, superior durability, and ease of maintenance.
- The lifter has excellent bale feeding characteristics. Winding starts earlier, and therefore the hay cycle ends earlier as well. The lifter also produces a firmer pulp, resulting in increased bale density and weight—two important factors for producing high-quality silage, as well as for subsequent transport.
- EasyFlow is a camless pickup system, offering clear advantages over a controlled system: the simple assembly uses fewer moving parts than a controlled cam track system and provides extremely quiet operation, which in turn reduces wear and tear, and therefore service and maintenance costs.

Key Features:
This machine utilizes technologies that make it suitable for large and medium-sized farms:
‒
Blocking System: The chain is available with two types of locking chambers; fixed (such as the F 1250 model) for producing bales of a specific diameter, and variable (such as the V 1500 and V 1800 models) which allow for bale diameter control from 0.80 meters to 1.80 meters.
‒
MultiCut System: The abbreviation "MC" on some models indicates a multi-cutting system with 17 knives to ensure denser bales that are easier to feed later.
‒
Binding System: The machine supports either a netwrap or twine binding system to ensure bale stability.
‒
Power Requirements: The machine typically requires a tractor with a power of at least 36 kW (approximately 50 hp), depending on the model and operating conditions.
‒
Unique Chain-and-Slat System: The machine uses a chain-and-rail elevator system to rotate and bind the crop. This system ensures:
•
Continuous and positive bale rotation, even in very dry or wet crop conditions.
•
Reduced loss of valuable leaves in the feed, thus increasing the nutritional value of the bales
‒
Multiple Baling Chambers (Fixed and Variable)
•
Fixed Chamber: Produces bales with a fixed diameter of 1.25 meters, ideal for standard operations.
•
Variable Chamber: Allows the operator to change the bale diameter (from 0.80 to 1.80 meters) as needed.
‒
MultiCut Cutting System (Optional): A cutting system with 17 knives is available. This system helps to:
•
Significantly increase bale density, saving storage space.
•
Easily unwrap and distribute the hay later for animal feed.
‒
EasyPick Pick-up Unit: The machine features a camless pick-up, which means:
•
Fewer moving parts and therefore less maintenance.
•
A quieter and more efficient harvesting process from the ground.
‒
Binding and Control Systems:
•
Binding options using twine or netwrap are available to ensure bale stability.
•
Equipped with a user-friendly control interface (such as Beta II stations or ISOBUS) to monitor the baling process from inside the tractor cab.
