Description

-        Two-disc coulters cut the plants; the double part cuts the ridge from the bottom bringing it horizontally to the oscillating sieve. Two sieves, moving in opposite directions, remove the soil, depositing the vegetables in narrow rows along the machine.

-        This arrangement ensures smooth operation of the machine and facilitates the vegetables harvesting. The features of this potato harvester ensure minimum tubers damages.

Design and construction

Type: Vibrating harvester with side discharge.

Function: Digs and separates potatoes (or sugar beets or carrots) from the soil and places them in narrow rows along the length of the machine to facilitate manual collection.

Installation: Mounts on the tractor's 3-point linkage system and is Class 1 and Class 2 compliant.

Working mechanism: Two-disc cutters cut the plants, then a double vibrating plow cuts the hills and transports them horizontally to a double vibrating screening system. The sieves move in opposite directions to remove soil.
