Potato Harvesting
- The tractor-drawn potato harvester is a machine suspended from the tractor by two towing hooks on three pivot points. It operates in conjunction with the tractor's engine rotation, employing a raking and tilling mechanism. In medium-hard soils with a moderate texture, it can reach a working speed of up to 2.5 kilometers per hour, enabling it to harvest two parallel rows of crops planted 75 centimeters apart. The system of segmented tillage blades with a 26-degree angle allows for deeper tillage and thus reduces the required pulling force. Furthermore, the alignment of the tillage blades with the top of the chassis prevents the machine's openings from becoming clogged with hard soil during operation.
- The machine has two separate sieve sets, front and rear. It removes and filters two rows of potatoes planted 75 cm apart, then spreads the sieved soil over the first two rows in a barrel-like pattern.
