Variable Chamber Baler Wrapper
- Variable chamber balers produce bales up to 1.60 meters or 1.80 meters in diameter.
- Consistent bale density is essential for all packaged produce, and these balers provide farmers with the ideal circular bale solution thanks to their class-leading compression, cutting, and pickup capabilities.

Key Features:

High-Speed Pickup
This design enables a pickup system with higher operating speeds due to fewer moving parts. The design is quiet, simple, and highly reliable. Reduced maintenance and adjustments save time and increase productivity. The pickup system features five toothed bars, each separated by only 64 mm, providing greater capacity and smoother, more consistent feeding at high speeds. This improves crop flow and reduces the risk of clogging.

Xtracut Technology for Optimal Cutting Performance
Designed for optimal performance, the balers can be equipped with 13, 17, or 25 blades. The cutting units are equipped with the longest knives on the market, ensuring that no material passes through uncut. The Xtracut 17 and 25 models feature two sets of hydraulically operated knife rows with separate cab control, depending on customer requirements.

Hydroflexcontrol System – Two-Stage Protection System
The first stage of the Hydroflexcontrol system allows the front of the feed chamber floor to be moved, automatically preventing up to 80% of potential blockages and ensuring uninterrupted operation. In the event of a significant blockage, the operator activates the second stage of the Hydroflexcontrol system. The blockage is cleared by hydraulically lowering the rear of the feed table floor from the cab, allowing material to easily pass into the collection chamber and minimizing downtime.

Collecting Chamber
The collection chamber side panels are securely fastened during production by two large-diameter tubes welded to the frame, providing a strong and durable connection for longer lifespan and better bale density control. Four robust, double-layered, seamless belts provide excellent bale grip. Thanks to two stretch-resistant base layers made of a special synthetic material, the belts withstand heavy loads when forming large silage bales.

Constant Pressure System
The Constant Pressure System (CPS) maintains pressure using two large springs during bale formation, ensuring the correct pressure is maintained from the core outwards. Once the core is formed, the hydraulic system takes over, increasing the pressure until the bale is fully formed. This keeps the bale surface pressure constant throughout the entire process.
